• President of Cottonwood Capital Funding, where he is responsible for the management of the company's real estate and related investment businesses.  Currently focusing on his role as Chairman and President of CP/RH Ventures GP, Inc. the general partner of Cottonwood's hospital management company, Rockwall Hospital Ventures, Ltd.
• Chief Executive Officer of Home Interiors and Gifts, Inc. where he led a turn around of the company that resulted in increasing sales from $465 million in the year 2000, to over $575 million in 2002.  EBITDA increased the same years from $75 million to $107 million.
• President, CEO, Partner of Evergreen Alliance Golf Limited, where he led the company's growth from six golf courses, to over fifty courses in fifteen states.  Increasing revenues from $7 million per year to over $80 million per year.
• Consultant at Bain and Company, where he performed several consulting assignments for a major U.S. healthcare corporation during a summer internship.
• Marketing Representative of Trammell Crow Company, with a focus on leasing company  owned and managed properties.  Mr. Lohner achieved the #1 rank in leasing activity among partners, marketing principals, and marketing representatives in 1988, and the #2 rank in 1989.
