• President of Development Services for Cottonwood Partners, where Mr. Gochnour is currently directing the construction of a hospital.  He is also managing the master planning process for a 35-acre mixed use development project in downtown Salt Lake City.
• Partner of the Boyer Company, where Mr. Gochnour directed the public/private mixed-use redevelopment of the downtown mall district in Ogden, Utah.
• Director of the Division of Business and Economic Development for the State of Utah.
• Director of Real Estate Development for Gastronomy Properties, where he directed the acquisition, development, renovation, and rehabilitation of historic buildings and other properties.
• President of The Land Group for Montrose Capital Corporation, where Mr. Gochnour directed the development, marketing, leasing, financing, and operations of an 8,000-acre real estate investment portfolio.
