Mr. Collins has been a C.P.A. for over 20 years, during which time he has served as Chief Financial Officer in both public and private companies.  Also serving as a manager with an international public accounting firm.

• Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of JP Realty, Inc., where Mr. Collins served on an executive team responsible for $225 million of property acquisitions and $182 million of new property developments comprising over 4.4 million square feet of gross leasable area.
