Mr. Baer has been responsible for the development, finance, workout, or valuation of over $1 billion of commercial real estate projects in various locations throughout the U.S.

• Senior Vice President of Development.  Mr. Baer is responsible the development of real estate projects and directs entitlement, design, and construction activities.  Having previously been the Chief Financial Officer of Cottonwood Partners and having worked closely with each of the operational functions of the company, Mr. Baer has a broad background that is valuable in turn keying real estate development projects.

• Owner of Corporate Direction, a consulting practice that created and assisted with the execution of strategic plans to facilitate the reorganization of companies and the turnaround of commercial real estate projects.
• Vice President of Wallace Associates Consulting Group, a real estate consulting pratice that provides hands on work out for commercial real estate assets for institutions affected by the savings and loan failures in the 1980's.
• Controller of Redwoods Industries, a mechanical contractor with over $35 million in annual sales.
• C.P.A. and Senior Accountant with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell, an international public accounting firm.
