• Senior Vice President of Asset Management.  He oversees the asset management for all of the properties that Cottonwood Partners owns and manages.  He is responsible for developing and implementing the optimum strategies for all properties including:  lease negotiations and evaluations, financial modeling, investor reporting, financial strategies, hold/sell analyses and property dispositions.

 

• Senior Accountant with Price Waterhouse Coopers. He provided auditing and consulting services to a wide variety of privately and publicly held companies.
