Cottonwood Partners is a real estate investment, development, leasing and management organization with principal offices in Dallas and Salt Lake City.

Cottonwood's senior management personnel are seasoned veterans of the real estate business with decades of experience. We've prospered in the strong markets and survived the harshness of the downturns. Each has taught us lessons which serve as the foundation of Cottonwood Partners' investment and development strategies.

These strategies are designed to balance the risks and potential rewards of real estate investment so as to maximize the potential for increasing our cash flow and property values in all segments of the business cycle.

We have the capital base, expertise, and in-house capabilities to acquire substantial existing projects and to undertake development opportunities covering a wide range of property types. We seek out and evaluate projects throughout the United States to take advantage of the largest possible pool of investment opportunities. We invest our own capital along with capital from our pension fund, institutional and wealthy individual clients.
