Our focus is on opportunistic investments. We focus on properties which we believe will produce better than general market returns.

Our portfolio currently includes mid- and high-rise office buildings in major U.S. markets, industrial buildings in Texas, and land development projects in Utah. However, we do not restrict ourselves to any particular geographic region or property type. We are continually evaluating investment opportunities in a wide range of property types in various markets throughout the United States.

Through the years we have earned a reputation as an organization which enters into contracts expeditiously, completes due diligence in competitive time periods, and then closes - quickly and professionally.
