Cottonwood Partners is a developer and operator (through its affiliate Rockwall Hospital Ventures) of hospitals and medical office buildings. Since entering this market niche in 2005, we have developed Patients Medical Center and Patients Medical Center Office Building in Pasadena, Texas.

 A second hospital Texas Regional Medical Center, located in Sunnyvale, Texas, is under construction and scheduled to open in the later half of 2009.

We have also acquired and now operate the Integra Rehabilitation Hospitals in Plano, Texas and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
