We are nearing completion of the Cottonwood Corporate Center, a 970,000 square-foot business park, located in Salt Lake City. In addition, we are developing another business park in Salt Lake City designed to provide 475,000 square feet of office space, a 50-acre residential land development designed for 71 upscale lots on the Provo River in Provo, Utah, and a 280,000 square-foot office flex project in Richardson, Texas.
