Patients Medical Center is a result of the vision of Houston bay area physicians who joined together to provide unparalleled patient-focused healthcare for their neighbors throughout the region. A limited partnership comprised of 91 local doctors, 12 non-physicians, Rockwall Hospital Corporation (Texas Based), and Cottonwood Partners ( Texas based) owns 100% of the hospital business. Physician owners have a unique and important role in direct leadership of the hospital enabling these medical professionals the ability to have meaningful input into the steering of “high quality-high touch” patient care and clinical outcomes.

Patients Medical Center is being developed as a licensed, 61 bed general acute care hospital to serve the healthcare needs of people within the Houston bay area. The hospital’s high profile address at Beltway 8 and Crenshaw Road provides easy access for patients and physicians. This patient-centered hospital is targeted for opening 1st Quarter 2007.

Patients Medical Center, LTD partnership is predominantly comprised of local area physicians and private citizens. Rockwall Hospital Corporation and Cottonwood Partners, Texas based entities, are also members of the partnership.
